  1. I can’t access my account!
    Click here to reset your password.

  2. I reset my password but never got an email!
    Check your spam folder. If you haven’t received an email after 30 minutes, try again.

  3. I purchased the complete videos package but the website is prompting me to purchase the videos!
    Click here to log in if you are not already logged in. Try streaming a video on any of the video pages. Does that page prompt you too? If so, double check to be sure that the account you logged in with is the account you used to purchase the videos. If this still doesn’t work, log out, refresh your browser cache, and log back in.

  4. A particular video isn’t working for me.
    Log out, refresh your browser cache, and log back in.
